We design every Drop Monday piece with intention. If something doesn’t feel right, please review the details below.

Exchanges (Kuwait Only)

Exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unworn, unused, clean, and returned in their original condition and packaging.
  • No signs of wear, washing, makeup, perfume, deodorant, or damage.
  • A 2 KD delivery fee applies for the exchange.
  • All exchanges are subject to availability.

Returns (Kuwait Only)

Return requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Items must be returned in original condition, unworn and unused.
  • Any item showing signs of wear, washing, makeup, perfume, or damage will not be accepted.

International Orders

All orders placed outside Kuwait are final sale.

  • We do not offer returns or exchanges for international orders.
  • Exceptions may apply only in cases of damaged goods (please contact us immediately upon delivery).

Please Note

  • Requests submitted after the 24-hour window cannot be accepted.
  • Drop Monday reserves the right to decline any return or exchange that does not meet the conditions above.
